Scope
These terms cover purchases from Indian Furniture made through this website.
The seller
An online retailer of shelving, storage racking, bookcases and retail display stands, operating from G2, Mataji Trading, Om Raghveer Building, Samant Wadi, Uthalsar, Thane, Maharashtra 400601, India. Online only – no customer-facing showroom.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy, confirmed by email once payment is received or a cash-on-delivery order is accepted. Where stock proves unavailable afterwards we tell you and refund in full – see Cancellation Policy.
Prices, payment and tax
Prices are in Indian rupees; delivery charges appear before checkout is completed; payment is UPI or cash on delivery only.
This shop is not registered for GST, operating below the applicable GST registration threshold, so registration does not currently apply to it. GST is not charged separately on an order and no GST tax invoice bearing a GSTIN can be issued. The invoice packed with the goods is an order invoice only.
Dimensions, capacities and load ratings
Dimensions and load ratings are published as supplied by the maker. Where a rating is quoted per shelf, it applies per shelf; where it is quoted for the whole unit, the listing says so. All ratings assume a correctly assembled unit standing level, with the load spread evenly and the heaviest items on the lower tiers. Wall-mounted shelf ratings additionally assume a fixing appropriate to the wall.
Materials
Where an item is MDF, engineered wood, acrylic or coated steel rather than solid timber or stainless steel, the listing says so. Reclaimed and solid timber varies in grain, tone and marking between pieces; that is the material, not a defect.
Assembly and safe use
Most items are flat-packed for home assembly with fixings and instructions included. Tall freestanding units should be secured to the wall where an anti-tip kit is supplied or where children are present. Leaning ladder shelves must be fitted with the wall straps supplied.
Warranty
We add no warranty of our own. A warranty stated on a product page applies on its own terms. Damaged, wrong or incomplete deliveries fall under the Return and Refund Policy.
Liability
Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law. Where the law permits, our liability for a product-related claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected product.
Governing law
Governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable jurisdiction rules, courts in Thane, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction.
