Dispatch point

Indian Furniture is an online-only retailer. Every order is packed at our business and order fulfilment address, G2, Mataji Trading, Om Raghveer Building, Samant Wadi, Uthalsar, Thane, Maharashtra 400601, India, and handed to a courier from there. There is no collection point.

Timing, in three parts

  • Handling: 1–2 business days
  • Transit: 2–4 business days to metro cities and 4–8 business days to other locations
  • Total: 3–6 business days to metro cities and 5–10 business days to other locations

Orders after 2:00 PM IST on business days join the following working day’s pickup; Sunday is not a dispatch day. These are estimates drawn from our couriers’ usual performance – not guarantees. Long shelving cartons and floor-standing racks move on slower freight than small parcels.

Delivery charges

Free from ₹1,499; below that a flat ₹49 for the order. The price on a product page is the price of the product, and any delivery charge is shown before checkout is completed.

Long and heavy cartons

Six-foot shelving units, retail display stands and bakery racks ship as long, heavy cartons. Someone needs to be available to receive them – couriers do not leave freight of that size unattended. Inspect the carton for crush damage before the agent leaves and photograph anything that looks wrong.

Wall fixings

Floating shelves and wall-mounted racks come with generic fixings that suit common wall types. Masonry, hollow block and drywall each need different anchors, and we cannot know which your wall is. Buying the correct anchor locally is normal and is not a fault with the product.

Coverage and tracking

We deliver across India through national courier partners and do not ship abroad. A tracking number is emailed when the parcel is collected; if it has not updated for three working days, send your Order ID to shop@indianfurnitures.shop.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST are picked up the next working day. We do not dispatch on days the shop is closed or on public holidays, and delivery windows are estimates rather than guaranteed dates.
