How long will delivery take?
1–2 business days to dispatch, then 3–6 business days to metro cities and 5–10 business days to other locations. Estimates, not guarantees – long cartons travel on slower freight.
What is the delivery charge?
Free from ₹1,499; below that a flat ₹49 for the order.
How do I pay?
UPI or cash on delivery. No cards, net banking, wallets or EMI.
Can I have a GST tax invoice for my business?
No. We are not registered for GST and this shop operates below the applicable GST registration threshold. GST is not charged separately on your order, and no GST tax invoice bearing a GSTIN can be issued – so an input tax credit is not available on these purchases. An order invoice is packed with the goods.
Are the load ratings per shelf or for the whole unit?
Whichever the listing states, and we always say which. Ratings assume even loading on a correctly assembled, level unit, with heavier items low down.
Are fixings included for floating shelves?
Generic fixings are included. Masonry, hollow block and drywall all need different anchors, and we cannot know your wall type – buying the right anchor locally is normal.
Is it solid wood?
Only where the listing says so. Much of the range is MDF, engineered wood, acrylic or coated steel, and each product page states the material. Reclaimed elm and solid pine items are labelled as such.
Does it come assembled?
No. Items are flat-packed with fixings and instructions. We do not offer assembly or installation.
Can I return a shelf I have already fitted?
No. Once an anchor has gone into the shelf and the wall, neither is in resale condition. Unassembled items in the original carton can be returned within 10 days.
What if brackets or fixings are missing?
Tell us within 48 hours with a photograph. We send the missing parts rather than asking for the unit back.
How long does a refund take?
5 business days after the return reaches us. A prepaid order cancelled before dispatch is refunded within 5–7 business days.
Do you have a showroom?
No. We are an online-only retailer; the address on this site is our business and order fulfilment address.
