Before dispatch

Cancellation is free at any time before the carton leaves us. Email shop@indianfurnitures.shop or call +91 70391 30934 with the Order ID. Dispatch is within 1–2 business days, so the practical window is short.

After dispatch

Freight in transit cannot be recalled. Refuse the delivery at the door, or accept it and raise a return within 10 days under the Return and Refund Policy.

Refunds on cancellation

A prepaid order cancelled before dispatch is refunded within 5–7 business days to the original method. A cash-on-delivery order has nothing to refund and no cancellation charge.

When we cancel

Sometimes we must: a carton is found damaged in storage, a stock figure is wrong, or a delivery PIN code sits outside our courier’s freight network. We say which of those it was, and refund in full within 5–7 business days.

Trade and bulk orders

Shop fittings and display racks are often ordered in multiples for an opening date. If the date moves, tell us before dispatch and we will cancel and re-place the order rather than have freight sitting at a closed shop. Once the units have shipped, the return rules above apply in full.

Part-cancelling an order

If one line in a multi-item order is unavailable, we ask whether to send the rest or cancel the lot. If we cannot reach you before dispatch closes, we send what is available and refund the balance.
